The Medicaid managed program offered through Affinity ranks among the largest programs in the New York metropolitan area.
Affinity believes that every child deserves access to quality healthcare. That's why we offer Child Health Plus, a New York State sponsored health insurance program for children under the age of 19 who do not qualify for Medicaid.

Although Original Medicare, which includes Parts A and B, covers many health services, a Medigap policy can assist in covering such costs as deductibles, coinsurance and copayments. This plan supplements Original Medicare (Medicare Parts A and B). It makes the coverage provided by Original Medicare more complete.
